Member benefits include an invitation to all of the Co-Op events, a newsletter 6x per year and the joining of our facebook group.
Additionally, it's the perfect way to meet your neighbors! The events and the facebook page are great places to ask any questions that you have.
Membership in the WIld Horse Mesa Community Service Co-Op requires that the member own land.
If you would like to join the Voluntary Cooperative, please send an email through the link below. Include your parcel number and your legal name. If you don't know your parel number, we can help with that.
Annual fee: $35.
We are grateful to Melby Ranch Properties; they allow us to use and to enjoy the Wild Horse Mesa Community Center.
If you would like to help with the maintenance of the building in any way, please let a board member know!

Mission Statement
The purpose of the Wild Horse Mesa (aka San Pedro Mesa) Community Service Co-Op is to provide and/or support services and activities as agreed upon by the members of the Co-Op and to present a unified front of residents and property owners to address issues that might affect the Co-Op membership.

After polling many in our membership, the board listened to their unanimous request and in May 2022 the Co-op board declared the following policy:
"No weapons will be permitted at any co-op sponsored meeting or event, regardless of location."
